Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work for an exciting Logistics Company.

This is an opportunity to join a successful logistics company, in a temporary to permanent position.

*** Temp Contract ***

* Days - Monday to Saturday - 5 days out of 6

* Hours - 7am to 4pm and 9am to 6pm

* Salary - £13.58 per hour

* Free parking

* Full training will be provided

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answering incoming calls, providing the first line of the customer care function and delivery crews.

* Outbound calls to customers, booking deliveries & exchanges

* Carry out and maintain an accurate filing system for all relevant company documentation and reporting.

* Ensure the Depot and office environment is maintained, ordering stationary and ensuring the office environment is kept in a safe and hygienic manor.

* Any other administration tasks required.

* You’ll need to be able to work as part of a small team, in a fast-paced environment.

* You’ll need to have strong ICT skills, and be able to communicate with a wide range of different people.

EXPERIENCE:

* A professional appearance and attitude at times

* Proactive and supportive team player.

* Have excellent computer skills

* Excellent customer service skills
