Account Manager 
Salary: £30000 
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Location: Portsmouth
 
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established service provider who are based in Portsmouth.
 
Due to growth within the business our client is looking for additional help within their internal Sales team.
There is NO cold calling within this position.
  
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:
 
Engaging with business customers and partners, providing exceptional service and support, receiving orders and exploring additional requirements. The role requires a timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, cross selling and up-selling products and making outbound follow up calls to help customers with their buying queries and decisions.

This requires working closely with all departments while pushing direct sales revenue stream to consistently achieve and exceed monthly personal KPI and sales targets.
Key duties include:
Managing key client accounts for the business via email, the telephone and digital platforms.
Replying to all incoming sales enquiry's received by phone, email and other formats within a timely manner.
Managing existing client enquiries with their needs within agreed timeframes 
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
Maximising opportunities with current clients
Upsell and cross-sell products/services.
Meeting monthly individual direct sales target
Providing an excellent customer service at all times and managing any escalations
Completing administration, Maintaining the internal CRM system, sending quotations and responding to sales enquiries etc
Scheduling in work to be completed.
Scheduled out of hours customer support on a Rota system, 1 week every 3 weeks.
Successful completion of any outbound campaigns that are launched from time to time.                                                  The ideal Account Manager will have / be.
To assist existing & new VRS customer's and partner's sales inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and to see VRS products/sales.
Previous experience within a Sales or/and Account management position
Strong communication skills
Good customer service experience
Target Driven – will have a proven history of achieving targets.
Excellent internal and external emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and technology platforms.
Desired experience on the Big Change CRM System.
Highly organised and accurate
Minimum of a high school education
Knowledge in using Windows & Microsoft Office
Must be a team player with the right attitude.
