The Role -

- Production of detailed Mechanical system drawing, design on ranging built environment project sectors

- Conducting Mechanical calculations such as cooling load, heat loss through use of industry software

- Taking the lead on projects or operating with minimal assistance with all bespoke electrical requirements

- Acting as point of contact, guiding junior and graduate team members

Requirements -

- Possessing relevant Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar further education qualification

- Background in Electrical building services specific design within consultant, contractor or other

- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, calculation and additional software

Package -

- To £50k per annum

- Condensed, 4-day working week

- Annual holiday allowance of 26.5 days, excluding bank holidays
