Injection Moulding Setter

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently representing our client who are a reputable international Manufacturing business. Our client are now looking for and experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join the business on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reports to a Team Leader, listens to all allocated tasks and instructions.

* Set and operate Injection Moulding machines.

* Maintain tolls, including cleaning and insert changes.

* Assemble, pack and identify supporting parts for our product range.

* Take responsibility for inspection of incoming and outgoing parts and materials.

* Keep production and quality related records up to date.

* Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area.

* Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role.

* Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.

* Performs Other Duties as Assigned.

Hours of work:

You will be 39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern -

* Shift 1 – Monday -Thursday 6am -2pm and Friday 6am-1pm

* Shift 2 – Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday 1pm-8pm
