Supervisor - Retail
Calling all retail, leisure and hospitality Supervisors!! If you are currently working within retail, leisure or hospitality as a supervisor, team leader or even assistant manager level and looking for a new and exciting career away from the hustle and bustle of the high street then this could be the role for you.
Our client is looking for a passionate professional from within retail, leisure or hospitality who want a change from those industries into one which can offer the same rewards and working environment but with an improvement on work-life balance and fantastic progression opportunities!
The role will utilise the skills you have gained from within the retail, leisure or hospitality sector to put them into practice in this hugely customer focused and service driven environment.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people that are commercially focused, results orientated with exceptional customer service skills who can lead a team to deliver the highest standards to their customers.
Given it's away from retail it has a better work / life balance regarding hours and days of the week - there are 3 shift patterns Mon-Fri: 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm / 11am - 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
