Caretaker - Primary School, Netherton, Dudley

Are you a maintenance professional seeking a new career within a school setting? A school near Netherton need a temporary Caretaker to start as soon as possible.

This role is based in a Primary School near Netherton, Dudley and will be an immediate start. The role will consist of split shifts, 7am - 10am & 2pm - 6pm. This is a short term contract and will be approximately for 8 months.

If you are experienced within maintenance and want to move into a school setting this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door.

Duties include;

* Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the school
* Ensure specified maintenance is carried out
* Various cleaning tasks and inspections
* Report and record any repairs and ensure they are carried out in a safe and timely fashion
* Fire alarm testing
* Opening and locking premises
