Respond to enquiries from international partners in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare partner quotations to a high standard and follow up accordingly.
Process orders accurately and ensure effective communication with internal teams and partners.
Work closely with the Head of Export to onboard new partners effectively.
Develop strong relationships with colleagues and be an advocate for our client.
Contribute to business growth by nurturing existing customer partnerships and supporting the onboarding of new strategic partners.
Play a significant role in the international expansion goal by delivering a world-class customer experience and being the go-to person for order and shipping information.
Help improve customer journey by reviewing and recommending enhancements to processes and ways of working.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with international partners.
Experience in export administration or a similar role.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
