Job Description:
As the Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the quality assurance function, ensuring food safety standards are met and continuously improved. You will lead a team, maintain quality management systems, and oversee technical visits and audits.
Responsibilities:
* Manage quality assurance and food safety standards
* Maintain quality management systems (HACCP, BRC standards)
* Lead and develop the quality team
* Conduct technical visits and manage external contractors
* Ensure equipment calibration and compliance
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Food Science or related field
* Min 5 years’ FMCG experience, 2 years in team management
* BRC Compliance and audits experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
