Key Responsibilities:

* Source and negotiate construction materials and services, ensuring top quality and value.

* Drive ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.

* Stay ahead with market trends and supply chain innovations.

* Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and internal teams.

* Provide vital commercial assistance for contracts and projects.

Qualifications:
