We are looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager to head up a small, enthusiastic team who are passionate about the Education sector.

This is an established branch covering the SEN/primary and secondary sectors, the team are thriving and it will be your mission to motivate and develop whilst growing your own business.

Recruitment Branch Manager role:

Based in the Wolverhampton branch, duties and responsibilities include:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing schools

* Deliver exceptional customer services to teachers throughout the candidate journey

* Lead, develop and motivate a passionate team of recruitment consultants.

* Implement best working practices

* Create a happy and supportive atmosphere

What can I earn as a Recruitment Branch Manager

The basic salary for the Recruitment Branch Manager role is up to £50,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.

About You:

* Do you have a minimum of one-year recruitment consultancy experience (any sector)?

* Have you managed teams before?

* Do you love leading from the front?

* Can you ‘walk the walk’ and demonstrate that you are a proactive billing manager?

* Are you a great motivator of others?
