Job Description:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects
* Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
* Managing project costs and ensuring adherence to budgets
* Preparing tender and contract documents
* Conducting site visits and valuations
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Preparing and presenting reports to management
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Proficient in using relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Valid driver’s license
