JOB TITLE:        Employment Law Advisor
EXPERIENCE:   Minimum 1 year experience
LOCATION:      Bedfordshire/ Remote Working
SALARY:          £25,000+

OVERVIEW:
•The appointed Legal Professional will evaluate employment inquiries and provide guidance on contractual matters, salary issues, and company policies and procedures.
•Managing and conducting proceedings, which involves preparing statements and disclosure bundles.
•Key duties include managing a diverse caseload of employment issues and offering expert advice and support to stakeholders.
•A minimum of 1 year experience of handling employment issues, along with a background in advising and representing healthcare professionals.
•Exceptional organisational skills, adept at handling intricate cases and workloads with efficiency.
•You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a client-centred approach.
