Budgeting and Estimation
Bid Management
Value Engineering
Risk Management
Regulatory Compliance
Client Collaboration
Team Leadership
Technology Integration
Documentation and ReportingRequirements:

Proven pre-construction management experience
Proficiency in construction management software
Strong project management and communication skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
