RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR - RETAIL OUTLET - DAY SHIFTS ONLY - 37.5 HOUR CONTRACT - ALTERNATE WEEKENDS - £26,000 PER ANNUM - FREE PARKING - GROUP DISCOUNTS - NEAR BRENTFORD, LONDON

We are assisting in the recruitment of a Restaurant Supervisor to join an established team at this venue close to Syon Park in Brentford. The restaurant trades from 9am to 4.30pm and offers a contemporary dining style

The restaurant offers all-day dining, including cooked breakfasts, light bites, sandwiches, snacks, main meals and a wide array of desserts. There is also a Sunday Roast offering.

We are looking for someone with previous restaurant experience who can:

* Work closely with the restaurant manager and deputise for them in their absence

* Support and train junior team members

* Organise shift structure, ensuring cover across each section of the restaurant

* Complete stock checks and ordering requirements

* Deal with customer queries and resolve any issues that may arise

* Communicate with other departments in the business and be part of a larger management team

This position offers excellent opportunities both within the venue and across the wider group, with over 20 venues in the company portfolio. Ideally you will have some restaurant experience and have:

* Strong communication skills

* Excellent customer engagement

* Good organisational skills

* Knowledge of allergen data

* Good understanding of menus and food development
