What you'll be doing

Because of your established network, you know how to start a conversation with brand owners and key decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support the creation and execution of customer tests (as the industry isn't just about mixing colors; it's about solving problems and enhancing experiences)
• Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms
• Active involvement with key industry associations
• Lead negotiations with potential clients to establish mutually beneficial terms and conditions
• Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to expand the customer base

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business or chemistry
• 10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with a focus on B2B transactions
• Willingness to travel across EMEIA to engage with clients and stakeholders
