About the Role:
Actaris is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Multilingual Receptionist to join a dynamic real estate company in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, English, German, and Swedish and will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries accordingly.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Support real estate agents with client coordination and paperwork.
* Ensure the reception area is organised and welcoming.
* Handle general office duties, including ordering supplies and coordinating mail and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Spanish, English, German, and Swedish (both written and spoken).
* Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in real estate or hospitality).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive and professional attitude with attention to detail.
