CSA Package Manager- Milan
Competitive Salary + Long Contracts (to December 2025) + Rotation
Our client, a premier main contractor specialising in the Data Centre sector operating across Europe, is urgently looking for an experienced & dedicated CSA Package Manager. As CSA Package Manager you will be overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of data centre projects to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality data centre facilities.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Work closely with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for CSA packages.

Review and approve architectural and engineering designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
*
Manage the preparation and distribution of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
*
Oversee the execution of CSA construction activities, to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
*
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any issues from quality & project development.
*
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
*
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
*
Degree in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering/ Architecture, or a related field.
*
10+ years’ experience in external trade background preferably in data centres projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices.
*
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
