- Be responsible for your working tools, workshop tools, and equipment within the village, including the spare parts material, in the provision of a fully-fledged handyman service delivery.
- Ensuring that all manufacturing equipment is well maintained to the required standards in accordance with standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Performing fault finding and corrective maintenance (mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic) on manufacturing equipment in the most efficient manner to ensure the shortest possible outage.
- Actively participating in the design, procurement, training, installation, commissioning, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
- Maintaining the highest level of safety, housekeeping, quality, and accurate documentation at all times.
- Troubleshoot and repair several different systems (both mechanical and electrical) within the facility in a timely manner.
- Ensure required inspections and works are in compliance with legislation and technical standards and logged accordingly.
- Perform basic mechanical skills, including but not limited to works related to air-conditioning systems, pumps, filters, plumbing, and basic repairs in carpentry.
