As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Taking charge of the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and contributing to all CQC tasks.
Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident.
Carrying out assessments and ensuring work areas and practices conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.Package and Benefits:
