TPF Recruitment is proud to represent a reputable client in the recruitment of an Accounts Senior to join team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a primary point of contact for designated clients, managing all their accounts compliance and service requirements.
About the Role:
As an Accounts Senior, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of all relevant tasks related to client accounts while maintaining effective team workflow. Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of accounts for companies, partnerships, LLPs, and sole traders
Preparation of tax returns and computations
Review of VAT returns
Tracking work progress and maintaining communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Conducting research and addressing complex client issues
Completing administration on client account files and setting up relevant file reviews
Reviewing work of Accounts Assistants and assisting other service line members as required
Preparing bills and monitoring Work in Progress (WiP)
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
ACA/ACCA/AAT part qualified or previous experience in practice
Ability to prioritize workload and adaptability to changing demands
Enquiring nature with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Team player capable of independent work when required
