The Role

* Providing outstanding leadership for care staff

* Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels

* Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management

About You

* An NMC Registered Nurse

* Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST

* Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans

St Vincent’s House is a modern and elegant purpose-designed care home in Hammersmith, west London.

Our experienced team provides personalised nursing and respite care for older people. We also offer sensitive and supportive end of life care.

Everyone at St Vincent’s House is very friendly and welcoming, and the home has a real family feel.
