HR Assistant – Shared Services
Up to £28,000 per annum 37 hours per week

With over 1200 employees, we give grants to local community projects, support local education and run four esteemed independent schools; Bedford Girls’ School, Bedford Modern School, Bedford School and Pilgrims Pre-Preparatory School. Your role
You will primarily focus on supporting Pilgrims Pre-Preparatory School. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the employee lifecycle including:
* Recruitment
* Onboarding
* Reward
* Absence management
* Contract variations
* Performance Development Reviews
* Learning and Development activities
