Family Solicitor

Eventus Legal is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join the Family department of a well-established, award-winning law firm in Liverpool. This is a permanent, full-time job position with hybrid and flexible working. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Solicitor will be required to manage their own caseload of publicly funded children matters and deliver outstanding client care. This will be a varied role within an excellent team of friendly, knowledgeable and supportive professionals. Your caseload will include the following matters:

* Enforcing contact orders

* Preventing contact

* Residence

* Abduction

* Prohibited steps

* Specific issue orders

You will also represent clients in court, conducting your own advocacy.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from ambitious Care Solicitors with experience in advocacy and running a caseload similar to that mentioned above. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

* Client focused

* Strong administration and IT skills

* Organised with effective time management skills

* Strong client-facing skills with a confident and empathetic approach

* Flexible outlook with an ability to prioritise

* A proven ability to work as part of a team
