Senior Business Analyst
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented Senior Business Analyst.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an open, collaborative environment
Bring people from around the business together to gather the requirements/user stories and create the right technical solutions
Investigate problems, analyse, and recommend solution options that align with the business vision
Work with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and Delivery team to develop and detail the product backlog in the form of Epics, Features and Stories
Own, plan and manage initiatives where required
The Business Analyst will have/be:
Proven experience in performing the Business Analyst role in an agile environment alongside UX designers, Product Owners, Engineers, and QAs
The ability to understand and interpret business information, no matter how vague the initial view looks
Confident working with a range of stakeholders, from operational users and senior executives to 3rd party suppliers
A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
