Due to growth we are looking for a permanent part-time member of the accounts / office administration team. This is a varied role to support the customer service and administration function of the business, and requires someone with a flexible, enthusiastic approach.
The Administration Assistant role includes but is not limited to:
* Sales order processing.
* Answering a large number of telephone calls.
* Dealing with customer queries via phone calls and e-mail.
* Produce customer support material including cleaning schedules.
* Supporting the functions of the accounts administration team with credit control, purchase ledger, organising transport/liaising with hauliers.
* Support the Sales Administration team as required.
* Typing, filing and other general office duties.

* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and other desktop products.

20 hours per Week - 10:00am – 2.00pm Monday – Friday (negotiable)
