A Multi-discipline Consultancy are now looking to bringing in their next Building Control Surveyor to join them in Warrington.
This would ideally suit someone who has operated at a senior for a few years now looking for that next step up in wanting a more strategic role in helping the team grow in the coming years and wanting to manage.
You will be part of a growing and relatively new team who have seen a massive increase in workload delivering on their compliance and inspection work on a range of commercial and residential projects.

Requirements:
Ideally CABE or RICS Qualified (although experience is key for this role most importantly)
A sound knowledge and understanding of the Building Regulations
Able to work autonomously and part of a team
Open to assisting the graduates and juniors when necessary
Full UK Driving Licence
Efficient in all Microsoft packages
