Client Relationship Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + 50% bonus uncapped
Location: Sunderland (Hybrid)
My client is a rapidly growing organisation with a global client base, offering a technology-focused professional services solution. As part of their exciting growth plans, they are recruiting for an Account Manager to support their increasing client portfolio, ensuring customers get the most out of the services provided and spotting new revenue opportunities.
The Role
* Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships to successfully retain accounts and realise upsell opportunities.
* Develop a thorough understanding of their products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
* Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets to drive business growth.
* Develop and manage an annual growth plan in line with new forecasts.
* Manage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospects.
The Person
* Demonstrable pedigree in B2B commercially-focused account management.
* Experience of using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology, ideally from a technology, software, recruitment or similar background.
* Track record of cross and upselling and exceeding revenue related targets.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic customer plans.
* Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
* Ambitious to develop your career further within the organisation.
