Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times
* Create and execute innovative promotions and events to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure
* A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests
* Knowledge of bar management software and inventory systems is advantageous
* Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
