We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join a dynamic team. Our client is a leading provider of hydraulic and pneumatic components, serving various industries with top-quality products and services.
Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Cheadle, ST10
Shift: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7am-4pm (1pm finish on Fridays)
Pay: £11.44/h
Responsibilities:
* Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of orders.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
* Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
* Collaborate with other team members to fulfil customer orders promptly and accurately.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
* strong experience in warehouse work
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment!
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented work environment
