Are you looking for a new role in Housing Options role? I am currently working alongside a local authority based in the West Midlands who are looking for a full process Housing Options Officer to join their team.
They need someone with previous local authority experience and over 2 years working in the homelessness sector.
The experience needed for the role is as follows:
* Conducting s.184 decisions of a mixed client base
* Completing Personalised Housing Plans
* Experience using the Housing System Locata
* S.21 notice periods being completed in line with the Housing Legislations
* Immediately available to interview
