Ideal Employment are currently recruiting for Line Leaders for one of our manufacturing clients based in Kingswinford

Weekly Rotational Shifts - Hours of work are:
* 6am till 2pm - Monday to Friday
* 2pm till 10pm - Monday to Friday
Line Leader Duties Include:
* Working on a production line
* Picking and packing duties
* Oversee a small team and ensure daily targets are met
* Effectively maximise production efficiency
Required skills:
* Previous packing experience
* Good commutation skills
* Be able to work on own initiative
* Manage and motivate a team
* Problem solving skills
* Organisation and leadership skills
* Physically fit and able to do the role
* Be able to work a rotational shift pattern
