Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services

An established M&E Contractor based in the Midlands are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Project Values: £1,000,000 - £6,000,000
• Projects: All Midlands based.
• Key Sectors Covered: Education and Healthcare.
Role Description:
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical building service projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. The role will involve liaising with clients, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Experience in mechanical engineering/building services.
* Experience in project procurement and budgeting.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
* HNC Building Services Engineering (Not Essential).
Offer:
* £45,000 – 55,000.
