Tenant/Client Liaison Officer

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with an M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service. Currently employing over 900 staff and have a turnover more than £165m. Due to contract growth my client are now looking for an experienced Tenant/Client Liaison Officer to work with Social housing tenants throughout Wolverhampton.
The main duties of this role will be site visits to social houses, speaking with tenants and arranging suitable times for Engineers to carry out the needed works within their properties. Liaising with Engineers to find their availability and scheduling the appointments to carry out the required works. You will be covering Wolverhampton. Communicating with tenants will be carried out face to face.
The right candidate must have:
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate face-to-face with tenants.
* Resilient personality, able to work well under pressure and problem solve.
* Experience working with/dealing with social housing tenants (Ideal)
* Driving License
* Experience within client facing vacancies, such as customer service, or sales positions.
This role is an immediate permanent role which comes with an excellent salary and package(Company Car).
