As a Technical Coordinator, you will be required to
* Efficiently respond to customer’s technical callbacks
* Triangle inbound technical queries
diagnose and rectify customer technical issues within a timely manner.
* Manage the remedial process following unsuccessful remote remedies.
* Update g of CRM and other external portals
* Demonstrate high levels of knowledge around compliance.
Candidate:
*
* Previous experience in solar PV installation
* Previous experience working within the construction industry or similar technical/engineering environment.
* Qualification – NVQ-3 in electrical installation
* Previous experience in fault finding on electrical systems.
* Previous experience dealing with customers either face-face or phone calls.
Desirable Qualifications
* BPEC Solar PV qualification
* 2391 Inspection and testing
* 18th edition
* JIB Gold Card
