Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS1 Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school community in Southam. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within Key Stage 1, providing essential support to students and contributing to their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1.
Provide 1-1 support to students when necessary, ensuring they receive tailored assistance to meet their individual needs.
Work closely with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Implement and uphold the school's safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver differentiated learning activities that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents as required.

Requirements:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
Proven experience working across Key Stage 1 within the UK education system.
Experience in providing 1-1 support and working with SEN children.
An enhanced DBS check on the update service is mandatory.
A safeguarding qualification is preferred; however, Aspire People can provide this course if needed.
