This role involves working with various materials, including exotic metals like Inconel, and producing small batch components with exceptional accuracy. Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls.
* Produce high-quality components from a range of materials, including exotic metals like Inconel.
* Handle small-batch production with a focus on precision.
* Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Participate in training to advance to the level of CNC Programmer.
Requirements:
* Experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator with knowledge of Fanuc or Haas controls.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* Willingness to train and progress to CNC Programmer level.
