Who We Are 
PopID is a venture-backed technology company that employs user-initiated facial verification to streamline digital interactions and payments.  Users create secure PopID accounts on their mobile phones via a process that’s as simple as taking a selfie and then connecting their chosen payment method.  
Once signed up, users can link their PopPay accounts to various restaurant loyalty programs. No phone, no QR code, no hassle required!  And PopID never identifies its users without their permission.
We are currently focused on partnering with quick serve restaurants, like Whataburger and Steak-N-Shake, to roll-out our technology to thousands of locations.  For the consumer, PopPay offers simplified loyalty check-in, faster ordering, and more personalized experiences. For businesses, PopPay enables higher throughput, lower transaction fees, and happier customers.

What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to oversee and execute the successful rollout of our cutting-edge biometric product across the country. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate, strategic thinker with a proven track record in field marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
1. National Rollout Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy to ensure the successful introduction and adoption of our biometric product in various regions.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales teams, partners, and users. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
3. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for sales teams, partners, and end-users to enhance product knowledge and promote effective sales techniques.
4. Event Management: Plan and execute regional marketing events and product demonstrations to showcase the biometric product and sign up users en masse.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market demands. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offering based on market needs.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
7. Performance Tracking: Implement metrics and analytics to measure the success of field marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the technology or biometric industry. Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration.
3. Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
5. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working with sales teams and understanding their dynamics.
6. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to different regions across the country. This position is 70% travel.
