Porter/Janitor (Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter/Janitor (Part- Time) with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Fort Lauderdale location
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8am-4pm
General duties include but not limited to:
• Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
• Outdoor responsibilities: Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
• Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
• Restock restrooms and amenities.
• Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms
Requirements
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must be reliable and professional.
• 1-2 years custodial or porter experience
• Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
• Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
