Job Description
As a Marketing Program Manager at Medtelligent, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Manage and maintain the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Develop messaging frameworks and positioning strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiation of products and services.
Develop and oversee the implementation of content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
Create high-quality, compelling content across various formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts.
Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and analytics to track ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools that support the sales process.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform optimization strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including product management, sales, and creative services to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Partner with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing programs and campaigns.
Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
