Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop engineering designs and plans
Conduct thorough engineering analysis and calculations to ensure design safety and efficiency
Prepare and review technical reports and documentation
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers
Manage client relationships and actively participate in client meetings
Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong client focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
