Key communicator (i.e., point of contact) for assigned internal and external customers. Responsibilities include quoting, approving, reviewing, and routing customer inquiries and responding appropriately in a timely manner. Ensure information is entered into the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and expedite customer quotes, exception repairs, and purchase orders efficiently.
* Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate, and ensure resolution.
* Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns.
* Answer incoming phone calls courteously, providing proper follow-through to completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School diploma or GED (required)
* Associates degree (preferred)
* 3+ years of customer service experience in industrial or technical field
* Proficient using computer (MS Outlook, Excel, etc.)
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
* Service oriented with friendly demeanor
* Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
