Theindustrial site in Arendonk spans around 8 hectares and includes aproduction hall of 50,000 m . The facility is optimized forefficient internal logistics, making it well-suited for handlinglarge, heavy components, with lifting capabilities of up to 105tons. The blasting booth is equipped for both manual and roboticblasting. Additionally, the company operates several automatedblasting machines and a spray hall measuring 7,200m .
A key strengthof the company is its large in-house engineering department, whereskilled engineers manage the design and calculation of componentsin line with strict quality standards. The team includes highlyqualified structural engineers and draftsmen, who collaborateacross multiple sites. With extensive experience and knowledge,they ensure a high level of efficiency by incorporating practicalexecution and considering logistical constraints from the earlystages of each project.
Functieomschrijving- Manage and coordinate offshore operationsto ensure safe and efficient execution as an OffshoreSupervisor.
- Offer expert input on tools,equipment, and manpower needed for offshoreprojects.
- Verify and manage the availability ofdrawings, instructions, regulations, and materialson-site.
- Support the offshore warehouse managerand communicate with the coordination team on project planning,task management, and logistics.
- Delegate tasksand oversee subcontractors to optimize workflow andefficiency.
- Monitor work progress and takecorrective action when necessary to maintain projecttimelines.
- Provide detailed feedback to theOffshore Coordinator regarding the performance ofsubcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and quality standards on the offshoresite.
- Actively participate in site meetings toaddress project updates, requirements, and operationalneeds.
- Perform administrative duties includingreport preparation, data logging, production tracking, andpost-project cost analysis.
- Assist and guidethe execution of offshore tasks to maintain seamless operations andproject success.
- Mandatory certifications: VCA-VOL,GWO-Working at Heights, GWO-Sea Survival, GWO-Fire Awareness,GWO-(Enhanced) First Aid, GWO-Manual Handling, HUET(BOSIET).
- Possesses in-depth technicalknowledge of offshore operations andtasks.
- Expertise in offshore regulations andoffshore lifting operations (rigger, slinger,banksman).
- Strong understanding of corrosionprinciples (NACE certification).
- Proficient inMS Office tools.
- Experience with sitecoördination.
- Flexible and adaptable to travelrequirements.
- Maintain clear communication withboth internal and externalstakeholders.
- Independently identify andimplement optimal solutions.
- Quickly adapt tochanging situations, remain composed under pressure, and makedecisions on short notice.
- Collaborate with theProject Manager and/or Project Director to address issues ordeviations as they arise.
