This company has an informal work culture with a lot of diversity and social connections.FunctieomschrijvingResponsible for the process of generating A&P income amounts to be invoiced to venders, ensuring quality of the invoiced amounts. Job holder has responsibility over the accurate calculation of group's A&O and Price-Off income to ensure maximization of the A&P income, as well as a rapid and smooth cash collection process.
- Run the calculations in the A&P tool to calculate income based on deals terns entered in the A&P tool by the category teams according to the agreements negotiated with each vendor
- In the case of companies not integrated with the A&P tool, obtain accurate promotional quantities from each company
- Work with IT corp applications to issue automatic quality control reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of all data needed to run the calculations
- Issue monthly income tracker report compared to previous year and target (Budget/Forecast)
- Share the result of the calculations with Stakeholders to collect their feedback on potential calculations issues
- Implement corrective measures to correct the source of the issues
- Fill in invoice request templates and send them to Finance centers for invoicing to vendors
- Check consistency between invoice requests sent and actual invoices issued by the Finance centers
- You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- You have experience with reporting
- You have a valid work permit or EU passport
- You are fluent in English, spoken and written
- You are located in the area of Eindhoven, or willing to relocate (no relocation support provided by the company)
- You are 32-40 hours per week available
- You are a team player with analytical skills
- Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
- Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
- Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen working between 9 am to 2 pm.
- Month end meetings/gatherings: Different themes, event coordination team organising events. Teams also organise a lot of events within themselves more frequently (potlucks, lunches, etc.)
- Fridays are usually the dress casually days
- Travel allowance
- Work from home allowance: This is currently 2 euros a day to contribute towards electricity/heating and such things that we utilise while we work from home
