Fashion retailer with continued plans to break into new markets are currently searching for a Fashion Buying Manager for their collections. This role will be pivotal in the direction of the brand image and its continued success.
In this autonomous role you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and threats in the market to the business. You will also be making sure the target customer is clearly identified and that their expectations and preferences are communicated to the Buying and Design teams. It will be your duty to specify the price, style, range and sourcing strategies to reflect the changing needs of the target customer.
The preferred candidate will have extensive sourcing experience with strong negotiation skills to ensure best price for product in a difficult trading environment.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for formulating and achieving both range and sales plans within agreed parameters
