Engineering Teacher / Lecturer
We are working with a dynamic Secondary School in Lincolnshire, who are seeking to appoint a Qualified Teacher or Lecturer of Engineering, at this exciting time as their T Level provision grows!
We are looking for someone who is eager to be part of a team of specialists dedicated to achieving high standards in teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Industry experience will be beneficial although CPD relevant to the qualifications can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be familiar with L3 Engineering and Manufacturing qualifications and will be able to teach the core elements for light and electric vehicles.
Capability to plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in specialist classrooms and workshops which include diagnostic equipment.
Willingness and enthusiasm to organize and run extra-curricular activities
Ability to motivate students and achieve excellent resultsRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status, including Early Career Teachers(QTS), QTLS, DTTLS or DSAT experience
Excellent organizational skills and a deep appreciation for subject
Ability to form positive working relationships with both staff and pupils
Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.Benefits:
