Project Manager Required (MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE) – Interiors Company (offices, hospitals & schools)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction, particularly in interiors for offices, hospitals, and schools. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Duties may include:
* Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
* Producing and managing project plans
* Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
* Tracking and documenting changes
* Preparing written project communication materials
* Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
* Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
* Financial management and reporting including Profit & Loss
* Willingness to travel to Sites
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality interiors.
* Conduct inspections and assessments to ensure work meets company and client standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing interior projects for Commercial, hospitals, or schools.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in JCT forms of contract
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
* Agile foundation
* Prince2 Foundation
* BA Foundation
* Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
* Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
£65k P.A
£5k Car Allowance
Phone, Pension, Mileage, Expenses
Some weekends / nights but overtime or time in lieu
Location: London & home counties
Looking after 2-3 sites
Report to Head of Projects
Project values £250k - £1.5 million
