Europeanbiz Healthcare is looking to engage Social Worker - Children Services in Kent. You should possess a degree in Social Work, DipSW, or an equivalent qualification, along with completion of your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE). This entails having post-qualification experience in managing intricate caseloads involving children and families. Your experience should encompass assessing and reviewing action plans, care plans, and necessary resources to ensure the welfare and safeguarding of children and their families. Additionally, strong team collaboration and partnership skills are essential. Most importantly, your focus should be on facilitating positive change in the lives of children and families.

As part of this role, you'll need to be mobile across a broad operational area, which includes traveling throughout Kent and beyond to facilitate the transportation of children and their belongings. You should be prepared to respond to emergencies requiring immediate transportation. It's important to acknowledge that relying on public transport may not be feasible due to the nature of the role, which often involves transporting individuals and equipment to remote, rural areas with limited public transportation options. Please be aware that this position requires an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service and registration as a qualified Social Worker with the Health and Care Professions Council.
