What we need from you:

Your job will primarily be to grow our industrial and driving business, you’ll be an expert networker with a track record in winning new business.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Generating leads and engaging with employers to win new business.

* Developing and maintain employer relationships.

* Attending meetings with decision makers to discuss their recruitment needs.

* Creating proposals and working with our in-house marketing team to develop presentations to win new business.

* Reporting sales data and forecasts on a regular basis to the Head of Sales.

* Cross-selling companywide services, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.

Experience and Qualifications

* Developing new business and client relationships.

* Track record of winning business.

* A recruitment background is essential

* Experience of sales and cold calling

* Generating your own leads, negotiating, winning, and closing new business deals.
