We are currently recruiting several Production Operatives for our prestigious client, a well known client within the FMCG world for their well-loved food brands based in Aintree, Liverpool, L9 7BQ.
Role of a Food Production Operative:
Working across all aspects of the production line
Ensuring that production deadlines are met efficiently, safely and to appropriate production hygiene standards
Adhering to food safety manufacturing standardsPay rates as a Production Operative:
£11.44 per hour for both day shift and night shift, however after 12 weeks the pay rate goes up to:
Day shift 12 hrs - £12.02 per hour | Night Shift 12 hrs - £13.35 per hour
Feeder shift 12 hrs days - £12.55 per hour | Feeder shift 12 hrs nights - £13.88 per hourYour working hours as a Production Operative:
12 hour shifts following a shift pattern which includes weekends, days (7am-7pm) or nights (7pm-7am)
Night shift is working 3 nights on 3 nights off
Days shift (12hrs) is slightly more complicated and runs on a shift pattern were you either work 2 days on 2 days off or 3 days on 2 days offAll pay is based on the hours you work each week Sunday to Saturday and is paid into your account the following Friday
