Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and provide support to students.
Collaborate with the teaching staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Help maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive and safe learning atmosphere.
Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Requirements:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role is advantageous.
Experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
